Who Am I ?

Ok, so Valentine's Day is commercial. You don't need February 14th to be the only day you nurture your relationships, although I am interested in the time you spend nurturing the most important relationship of all – the relationship you have with yourself.

I have had many conversations over the last month with people who are living for the future. The “because I came from a deprived background” or “I was brought up this way “ groups. I admit until the age of 27 I was a fully fledged member of the “life is not going to be easy for me” club until the day I changed my story. I actually nearly missed out on a business opportunity at the time because it was given to me and I didn't have to fight for it. I didn't have sleepless nights, waking up at 2am planning my strategy of how to move forward and close the deal. I had changed my story and let the opportunity in, which made a huge financial difference to my life at the time.

I have asked the following question to a lot of my clients lately, “Who am I?” “Who are you?” Do you feel a fraud to how other people actually see you? Do you recognise your own achievements in life? Now I know change is never easy and companies spend fortunes on getting their business ready for change all the time but how do you work on your own personal change? Do you hold on precariously by your fingertips? Remember you matter, you really do.

Don't let yourself, or AKA fear, hold you back. When you live in your self-deprecating story you don't live life. I don't know about you but I am trying my best to kick the backside out of this thing called life. My personal change all started with the question 📷? Remember, be honest with yourself and the best relationship you can ever have is with yourself. Til the next time........
