Work in Schools

I work with students in a way that feels real, not scripted.

Creating space for honest conversations around identity, confidence and belonging — without talking down to them.

What This Work Is About

Students today are dealing with a lot — pressure, comparison, expectations.

But what’s often missing is space to actually understand themselves.

This work isn’t about telling them who to be.

It’s about helping them feel more grounded in who they already are.

We also explore the everyday things that affect how people feel in school environments —

things like small behaviours, comments, or assumptions that can build over time.

Not in a heavy way.

But in a way that helps students recognise it, understand it, and navigate it better

 What Students Take Away

A stronger sense of who they are

More awareness of how their actions affect others

Confidence to express themselves

Tools to manage pressure and emotions

And a better understanding of how things like bias, assumptions and everyday behaviour can impact people around them.

How Sessions Work

Sessions are interactive, open and grounded in real-life experiences.

I don’t stand at the front and talk at students.

We create a space where they feel able to engage, reflect and speak honestly.

Sessions can be delivered as:

Assemblies

Small group workshops

Targeted sessions for specific year groups

Also available for staff sessions.

If you're looking for something students will actually connect with - Let's have a conversation
